Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 business days using USPS Priority Mail with free shipping for most U.S. orders over $150. If you are ordering bulky and/or multiple items that do not fit into one standard USPS shipping box (such as large coats or boots), you will be notified at checkout of a flat rate $27 shipping charge, regardless of your total of online purchase. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.   

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  

For in-store orders:  We accept in store returns at  our retail locations within 7 days of original purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment or within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Original copy of the receipt or gift receipt is required. Item(s) must be in original, new condition, all tags and/or labels must be attached, and products must be unwashed/unworn/unused. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

For online orders: To allow enough time for shipping, we accept online returns for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase (Return package must be postmarked within the 30 day window). Please include the return slip or order number with your return and make sure all tags and/or labels are attached. Products must be unworn/unused. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All online returns should ship to originating store and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note, returns may take up to 3 business days to process upon reaching us. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your bank or credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@mokamontana.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but we do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
